Happy Hallows Eve aka Devil's Night Everyone! 👻 🎃 😈 🥸

There's no where scary to visit on Halloween than a cemetery 🪦 ⚰️ So why not plan a visit to the Montmartre Cemetery (Cimetière de Montmartre) or officially, Cimitière du Nord.

The third largest necropolis in Paris is a haunting site for lovers of all things archetiturally beautiful about cemeteries.

Situated close to the Sacré-Coeur, Montmartre Cemetery is the final resting ground to 20,000 departed souls.

Amongst the most famous people buried there are Gustave Moreau, Stendhal, Émile Zola, and even Dalida, a popular French singer whose grave is not only the most visited, but is adorned with the most flowers as well.

Interesting fact: The Tomb of Dalida is an offical tourist attraction with over 1.1K likes and an average 4.5 ⭐ review 🧐

In honor of the year's scariest holiday, we here at Woyago are going all spooktacular 👻 and sharing with you some of the most creepy (and we mean this respectfully) and wonderfully haunted places to enjoy this weekend - so welcome to the Paris Catacombs 💀

The Paris Catacombs are a network of underground tunnels housing the remains of millions of Parisians.

After a long stretch of rainy weather, the wall surrounding Les Innocents gave way sending decaying bodies into a neighboring property.

The city of Paris needed a better place to put its dead, so it went five stories underground and brought bones from the cemeteries to fill up what was formerly quarries.

Take this opportunity to go on an excursion into one of the most macabre places on Earth!

Who likes to go up?! Like WAY UP?! 🙋‍♀️ The view from the Eiffel Tower, Paris, France.

It's no secret that the best view of Paris is from the Eiffel Tower. The views are amazing and can be seen for miles around. It's a great way to see all of the city and get your bearings on where you want to go next.

No promises, but this may or may not be the last Pairs in Autumn photo that we share. Enjoy one more for the road, or so they say!

The leaves are turning orange, the air is crisp and pure, and Paris has never looked better. October in this city is a special time of year when you'll find that there are fewer people around.

The locals have also slowed down their pace, which means you can walk through the city without being jostled by crowds.

But if you're not ready to bid adieu to this wonderful season, don't worry - December will be here before you know it!

It's baaack! The Fête des Vendanges 🍇 🎪 (Grape Harvest Festival in Montmartre) begins today and runs until October 10th. Whoever said was boring was just simply out of their mind!

The Butte Montmartre is known for its white-domed basilica, but the neighborhood also has a reputation as being home to many vineyards.

Over 40+ bars and restaurants take part in the festival where visitors can go out and find themselves enjoying some great food with friends or family while appreciating all of these different activities: concerts on street corners every night; tastings from artisanal products made right here by local artisans; walks led through scenic areas that showcase Paris at her finest!

And that's a wrap. Today is the last day of the L'Arc de Triomphe, Wrapped exhibit.

For the last 16 days, the world-famous has been cloaked in 25,000 square meters of silvery blue recyclable polypropylene fabric and adorned with 3,000 meters of red rope. The project was a longstanding vision of the late artists Christo and Jeanne-Claude that took 3 months to come to life.
