Bastide La Belle is a private estate set on land of 48,500sqft and the house and cottage (Petite Bastide) together is 3300sqft. Although very private, Bastide La Belle is only 3 km away from Lorgues, a very lively Provencal village with great restaurants, even two with michelin stars.
Bastide la Belle is perfectly located for easy access to the best of Provence. From here, make leisurely day trips to Saint- Tropez, Monaco, Cannes, Nice, or to the interior and Lac St Croix, Gorge du Verdon, or the lavender fields of Valensole. The main house accommodates 7 people. When you enter there is a large open plan foyer leading to a media room/bedroom which can accommodate one or two persons, a laundry, wc, wine room and stairs to the upper level where you will find three large bedrooms all with en-suite bathrooms. The villa offers a large american-style kitchen with gas range, double fridge/freezer, two dishwashers and a large marble island for gatherings while preparing a provencal feast. A dining room is close by that can seat 11 people, as well as the spacious living room. Attached to the living room is a covered terrace with seating for 12 people around a massive dining table for alfresco dining.
Sharing the estate there is also an independent cottage with full kitchen, living dining area, bedroom with and en-suite bathroom can accommodate an additional 2 adults or it can be configured for 4 kids, all in absolute luxury.
To the front of the Bastide there is a large saline pool (14sqm x 40sqm), pool house with bar fridge, a petanque court and ample space for outdoor entertainment.
