One of our favourite things is growing fresh veg for ourselves and our guests (well Kay does). We can usually supply a whole host of stuff but especially fresh tomatoes.
Well not this year!
The terrible weather has taken it's toll on the tomato plants and they now have blight as well! 24, mixed variety plants, hours tended by Kay and the lot gone! It is so heartbreaking.
We have other things still going well, but the worst is the weeds. Despite a minimum of 2 hours a day, they are winning the battle. This winter, the potager will be covered to try and kill everything back. It is soul destroying to see all Kays efforts go to pot like this.

Les 24 Heures du Mans reportées aux 𝟮𝟭 𝗲𝘁 𝟮𝟮 𝗮𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟭.

La 89e édition, initialement programmées les 12 et 13 juin prochains, est reportée.
Par ce choix, 𝙣𝙤𝙪𝙨 𝙨𝙤𝙪𝙝𝙖𝙞𝙩𝙤𝙣𝙨 𝙣𝙤𝙪𝙨 𝙙𝙤𝙣𝙣𝙚𝙧 𝙩𝙤𝙪𝙩𝙚𝙨 𝙡𝙚𝙨 𝙘𝙝𝙖𝙣𝙘𝙚𝙨 𝙙’𝙖𝙘𝙘𝙪𝙚𝙞𝙡𝙡𝙞𝙧 𝙙𝙪 𝙥𝙪𝙗𝙡𝙞𝙘, dans le respect le plus strict des mesures sanitaires.

Nous n’imaginons pas organiser pour la seconde année consécutive les 24 Heures du Mans sans spectateurs, alors que nous accueillerons la catégorie Hypercar en piste.
