The Forge is a beautiful, tranquil 17th century chartreuse set in a 184 acre estate in the heart of the Dordogne, steeped in history, only 45 minutes from the nearest airport and it is now available for you to hire for a wonderful holiday, celebration or luxury break.

It is considered locally to be the most important building of its kind in the whole of the Perigord region and nestles in a wooded valley with extensive gardens, stunning views, a swimming pool and a lake.

The Forge has been returned to its former glory and is the perfect venue for parties of up to 20 people. Perhaps you want to explore this fabulous corner of France, simply relax and unwind in true luxury, or celebrate a special occasion with family and friends?
