Family Holidays in France

The Farmhouse and Petite Grange are within 56 acres of private woodland and fields within the Perigord National Park. Situated in a small hamlet just outside the typical French village of Miallet, Dordogne. Miallet offers a range of shops to keep you provisioned for your stay and excursions further a field will offer a wider range of cafés and restaurants for you to try. Larger supermarkets are a short drive away. Both properties are situated in a large courtyard including a traditional bread oven barn (once used to provide the hamlet with daily bread, now used to cook stone baked pizza’s), barns, stables and various other outbuildings. Both properties have there own outside private space and are not overlooked.

The Farmhouse is over 200 years old and has been restored to a high standard with a modern feel but retaining all traditional features. The farmhouse sleeps 8 with 4 bedrooms and three en-suite shower rooms, with an open plan kitchen, dining and living area. The farmhouse also has its own private swimming pool and hot tub as well as use of all other onsite facilities.

The Petite Grange is new for 2018, this converted stone barn with wooden extension is bijou and compact but still has everything you need for a lovely relaxing holiday. Sleeps maximum of four in two bedrooms. Use of outdoor heated swimming pool and all other onsite facilities.
