Well the weather in Cornwall is WET! So I’m busy daydreaming about the summer .... and looking forward to the gorgeous times we will be having in Sandy Feet this year. I can’t wait!

We had our first visit to San Sebastián today. What a beautiful place! So much to see - the old town, the shops, the beach, the harbour, the aquarium and not forgetting all the wonderfully tasty Pintxos. It’s only 1.5hrs from Sandy Feet and we will be going again!

Moliets et maa has a fantastic golf course, which is only 600m from Sandy Feet. Great for any keen golfers, or even tennis players (as there is a brilliant tennis club based there too).

For those who like to walk or bike, the woodland paths around the golf course are also really lovely and scenic (photos taken early morning in late October).

What a lovely review we've just received from some recent guests!

"Excellent Location and Facilities
★ ★ ★ ★ ★
Very well appointed villa. We stayed with daughters / grandchildren (3 years and 15 months) so 3 bathrooms were a definite bonus. Pool was good as were the swings / slide on the lower garden. Bar-b-q was excellent too. Had a couple of wet days so the tv/dvd/Netflix were invaluable.
Excellent location in a very quiet street yet only a 5 minute walk to boulangerie / patisserie and reasonably sized shops (SPARs). Also a good Presse that had UK newspapers. A very wide range of restaurants and bars.

10 minutes to a Carrefour in Leon.

Beach was good and although the sea was a bit rough for little ones there is a shallow stream entering the sea which suited them better. (very) nearby golf course looked in excellent condition and there are some lovely walks through the woods in which it's set.

All in all an excellent place that I would strongly recommend."

"Fantastic family villa in great location! Highly recommended.
We thoroughly enjoyed our week at 'Sandy Feet'! The villa is ideal for two families sharing - plenty of space for everyone, comfortable and well equipped. The location is perfect - local market, shops, restaurants and beach all just a short, pleasant stroll away. For wildlife lovers, we saw red squirrels in the back garden on several occasions. John was always prompt with his response to our queries. We would be very happy to return! Only small point to note is that this villa is in a residential area so consideration must be given to the neighbours."

When we bought Sandy Feet, Lily-Anna and Henry decorated a shell and put it in a bowl we have in our sitting room area. Visiting this time we have found a couple of guests have made their own stone memories and added it to our bowl! We love this ❤️ so if you visit Sandy Feet please add to our bowl of memories x

Another brilliant review.....

La villa est parfaitement située, plage, commerces, pistes cyclables accessibles à pied en moins de 5 min tout en étant située dans un lotissement très calme. La villa est hyper équipée, parfaite pour les vacances en famille. Nous avons beaucoup profité de la terrasse ombragée au bord de la piscine chauffée. En résumé, villa de vacances parfaite, à réserver sans hésiter. Nous reviendrons c'est certain. Un grand merci aux propriétaires qui ont pensé absolument à tout pour que nous passions une semaine parfaite. A très bientôt.

"We had a lovely stay, the pool was definitely the highlight! Both house and pool to high standard-very clean. Kitchen had everything you could dream of. The house is really well set up for a holiday with kids with all the bunks, some games, the pool and even plastic cutlery etc! Walking distance from bike hire, beach, restaurants and takeaways and spar.

The owners were very helpful and easy to contact with concise information as needed.

We travelled with a 2 and 4 yo. We found the pool cover to be sufficient for our peace of mind and the stair gate was really good. The stairs down to bedrooms were quite steep when carrying younger child but our elder managed no problem. High chair was helpful although a travel cot would be beneficial as it's less convenient to bring on plane.

All in all brilliant rental and hope we are back!!"

We are always looking at ways to help make Sandy Feet feel even more family friendly for our guests, so when we visit in August we will be taking a travel cot for all our guests with little ones to use.

France says all children under 12 must wear cycle helmets

We think Moliets is a fantastic area for everyone in the family to explore on bikes. If you can't bring your own bikes, Moliets has several great places to hire from, all within easy walking distance from Sandy Feet.
