Oak Tree Cottage

This wonderful property is located in the Charente region of france, which boasts beautiful unspoilt countryside for either the energetic or persons wanting a relaxed quiet holiday. The cottage comprises on the ground floor a kitchen, dining area, lounge, 4th bedroom and a utility room/bathroom. Upstairs there is a master suite comprising bedroom with 4 poster bed, dressing room and large ensuite

with bath, separate shower and wc. 2 further bedrooms (one very large) share the main bathroom which comprised corner bath wc and wash hand basin. The kitchen has fully fitted units with a range style cooker. There is also a brand new electric double oven for those who prefer not to use the range. Facilities include dishwasher, fridge and fridge freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, plus many other items that you would not expect to find in a rental property (Kenwood chef, actifryer etc.) The lounge and master bedroom also have television with freeview channels. In the lounge there is DVD player and Wii system There is also full internet wifi access throughout the property. There are 4 double bedrooms 2 with king size beds and 1 with a double and 1 twin room plus a put-u-up single bed and travel cot. Outside the gardens are all to the front of the property and laid to lawn with a 2 seating areas - we are in the process of fitting a swimming pool which will be up and running for the 2014 summer season. It will be an 8x4m (1.35 depth) inground pool with terraces all around. Please note - I have added some photos of the pool at our other house which is very similar. This property has full central heating, so can be used throughout the year
