As you know, the southern Morocco had a difficult time during the recent earthquake. The authorities and the Moroccan people have demonstrated a lot of control and solidarity. Today, the reconstruction of the Berber villages in the Atlas mountains begins. These people need all of us… the international community already has shown a lot of generosity. Thank you everyone.
The trip I am organizing, on the end of October 2023, also goes in this direction. For those who can, join me for a memorable trip to northern Morocco.

Lavender fields, Provence, France. Once again, this year will cut the lavender in few weeks (mid July), because the hot weather, instead the end of August. Hurry if you wish to breath the purple mountains!

The traditional way to cook fish tagine at the Berber house in the northern Morocco; fish, vegetables, badiane star anise, and dry bamboo on the bottom to avoid burning the vegetables.
Also bamboo to cover the tagine’s top, to allow the fish to be cooked with the steam of the vegetables, and keeping the pieces of fish intact 😋😋

Une rencontre rarement vécue avec les producteurs locaux autour du village de Luceram. Ils sont fières de vendre leurs produits 100% maison et local qui heureux de prendre leur temps pour parler de leur vie et de leur passion entièrement orientée vers la terre, les animaux, et le bien être.

Fabulous meeting with passionate local farmers of Lucéram medieval village. They are exhibiting only their own local products. They are using the old production methods and old varieties of seeds as for tomatoes.they are really in rooted in the ground.
