We have just started taking bookings for this Summer - but we still have vacancies in June and from 10th August until the end of September.

Sadly, we had a complaint last year from some late season guests. They felt that Pépieux was rather too sleepy and that future guests should be warned that the village is a haven of peace and tranquillity rather than a high intensity party destination. Job done!

Another Summer season over - we shared our home with 4 families this year as well as spending much of July in Pepieux ourselves. The village is thriving with the boulangerie under new ownership, a new Asian restaurant and all the renovation work on the square maturing nicely!

We thank our guests from the USA, France, Belgium, Switzerland and the UK for treating the house so well - and our new house managers, Phil and Yvonne for ensuring everything went smoothly.

We have just returned from Pepieux and the house is ready for the Summer - first guests of the season arrive in June. We are now fully booked for August but we have some weeks available in July and September. Now with added pool.....table

Happy New Year from Nigel, Maud, Noémie and Merlin and welcome to our French home in the village of Pépieux - in the heart of the Languedoc.

Available for holiday lets in 2016, we have 5 bedrooms - the house is ideal for family groups of up to 10.
