Reposted from 🇺🇦 Demain jeudi 10 mars à 17h au 131 rue de Patay, venez inaugurer un mur peint en soutien aux populations ukrainiennes. Il s'agit du portrait d'une enfant, pour rappeler le calvaire des populations civiles et plus encore des tout petits.

Cette fresque, qui ne sera terminée que demain, a été réalisée bénévolement, à mes frais, mais je remercie la RIVP qui a proposé ce mur dans un délai record, la mairie qui a fourni la nacelle (et réalisé une collecte de biens pour l'Ukraine) et Claude Montfort l'architecte qui a permis cette oeuvre.

Sous ce portrait viendra un texte, de Volodymyr Zelensky, qui dit : «Je ne veux vraiment pas de mes photos dans vos bureaux, car je ne suis ni un dieu, ni une icône, mais plutôt un serviteur de la Nation. Accrochez plutôt les photos de vos enfants et regardez-les à chaque fois que vous voulez prendre une décision».

J'espère, comme le chantait Sting en 1985, que les Russes aiment aussi leurs enfants.

You don't have your ordinary senses to see and understand a piece of art, an objet, a monument. You have your memories if you have seen it before, or your imagination through its form if this is your first time!
Magical experience.
Thank you for this last touch in Paris even post-mortem Christo is still here and will stay for ever...
