I'm a bit behind on my insta posting as this was back on July 14th but I had to share the photos from our evening at the fabulous 'Soiree Blanche' to celebrate Bastille Day.

The Avenue of Champagne in Epernay is closed to traffic and picnic tables are set up along the entire length for an awesome street party where everyone wears white.

1st May is always a public holiday here in France and the locks are closed so Serenity can't cruise. Great memories from last year when we took our guests Kay and Paul to the brocante/market at Mareuil-sur-Ay. It was a girls vs boys style competition with a €30 budget.....and I still maintain the girls won!!!

Couldn't resist sharing this one with you all. The stop and start showers all day have been really annoying for the day's job plan but it's hard to complain when nature puts on a show like this.

Early October can be a fantastic time to cruise, with atmospheric mornings as mist hangs over the canal and bright sunny afternoons. The flowers are still blooming but after the harvest the vineyards the leaves are starting to turn making for stunning scenery.

Although September 2024 is almost completely booked we still have the first two weeks of October available….so get in touch today to start planning a trip you’ll never forget.
