It’s a lovely day here at the farmhouse, so we’re out in the garden, clearing what will be a magnificent greenhouse!
It’s full of wood and rubbish and absolutely filthy but will be my ’woman cave’ once it’s sorted!

Happy Saturday!
We’ve been at the new place for two weeks now and we thought you’d like to see some photos!

Will post some more pics over the next week or so. There’s lots to do here - three new bathrooms, a new kitchen and that’s just for starters! We’re going to take our time as we’re now retired but we’ll keep you up to date as we progress.

We have opened up October for bookings! If you’re looking for a French getaway, you can rent the chateau exclusively, sleeping up to 10 people across 5 beautiful suites. You will have access to the fully equipped kitchen, dining room, salon, library and games room with pool table. The terrace is ready and waiting for leisurely lunches and relaxing dinners, alongside the plunge pool to cool off in the heat of the day. You can explore the local areas, visit the food markets and local cities of Carcassonne and Toulouse.

There are just three available weeks remaining in 2023 for an exclusive use stay at Château Thuriès.

The dates are as follows:

• Saturday 26th August - Saturday 2nd September

The château has 5 suites, sleeping up to 10 people, a beautiful terrace and plunge pool to cool off, a fully equipped kitchen, a pool table & other amenities.
