As I sat in the sun on the terrace of La Belle Maison this afternoon, hundreds of cranes flew overhead, signalling the approach of winter.
We’re privileged to be under their migration flight path in autumn and spring, and thousands more will fly over in the next few weeks 🦅 🍁🍂 🌤️

I’ve been unusually quiet for the last few weeks, we’ve been so busy with changeovers, and looking after our guests 😅
The current family staying in La Maison have had a great day - a wander around Riberac this morning, then a challenge getting to the lake, the roads were closed, it was the Tour du Limousin race!

After an afternoon swimming at the lake, they picked up an Indian takeaway, from Reza Muhammad, who is based not far from us.
