gite of les Chenes is on the edge of the historic village of Sainte Anne and is part of a traditional Breton farmhouse, with 2 foot thick granite stone walls under a slate roof. The cottage of les Chenes offers a lovely base to explore from, but with its pretty south facing garden you may just want to stay 'home'. Les Chenes is surrounded by mixed woodland, cider apple orchards and farmland and is 5 minutes from the Vilaine River. Les Chenes is privately owned and available all year for holidays or as a house-hunting base, while you search this beautiful area for a cottage of your own.
