Seguinet comprises of a beautifully restored 18th century ‘Manoir Seguinet’, with two gites and three B&B rooms set in 17 acres of private land providing fabulous views of the valley. Situated in the heart of the Aquitaine region Le Seguinet is on the borders of the Lot and Garonne, Dordogne and Lot departments. Seguinet is a beautifully restored 'Maison de Maitre' offering peace and tranquility.

The house sits in a valley with the Lemance River bordering the property on one side. There is a lake, a pond and a mill pond on the property, with lots of trout for fishing enthusiasts. It is just off D710 (so easy to get to), yet feels totally secluded and private. Saint Front sur Lemance is an hour drive from Bergerac airport. With an extensive knowledge of the surrounding areas we are happy to provide you with information on what to do and where to go during your stay with us. The countryside with the river Lot just a 10 min drive away at Fumel, is fabulous for canoeing, hiking, cycling, golfing, swimming.
