DOWNSTAIRS:
Each cottage has a spacious ground floor providing open-plan modern living. In the living areas are leather sofas, satellite television with CD player and a homely wood-burning stove set in the original granite inglenook fireplace. A high chair is available for smaller visitors. The fully equipped modern kitchens provide holiday makers with fridge, oven, hob, microwave and dishwasher.
Everything is provided for a relaxing self-catering holiday. The original oak beams have been retained and give a lovely ambiance to the downstairs accommodation. There is a convenient downstairs cloakroom with toilet and hand basin. UPSTAIRS:
The double bedrooms have a splendid view over the garden. (If required a child's cot bed can be provided) The twin rooms can easily sleep adults or children as required. Each provides ample clothes storage. The stylish, contemporary shower rooms offers a thermostatic power shower, basin and toilet. OUTSIDE:
Each cottage has its own parking and independent entrance to the property. Two cars can easily be accommodated if required. The garden is private to the cottage. There is a sunny, gravel courtyard with garden furniture and barbeque for al fresco dining during those balmy summer evenings. The lawned areas are ideal for young children to play safely. WHAT'S AVAILABLE:
Bedding and table linen and towels are provided, but guests will need to bring beach towels. A washing machine is available on site for guests’ use at a small supplement of 5 euros per load. This will include the use of detergent and fabric softener. During winter months an initial wood supply for the wood burner is included but once this is used, further supplies are readily available to be purchased from the owners. If central heating is required,in Les Lauriers an additional charge of 10 euros per day is made. A selection of indoor and outdoor games are provided and a choice of DVDs. A Wi-Fi connection is available.
