☀️🏡 We are delighted to present our latest offering - this fabulous 1950s house located in the magnificent seaside town of Royan.

Part of the rebuilding of the town after its destruction at the end of the second World War, it showcases many wonderful architectural characteristics Royan is known for.

Sleeping up to six people in three bedrooms and with its own private garden, it's just a few minutes walk from the central market, boutiques, restaurants and the stunning Grande Conche beach.

It was 10 years ago today that we packed up our little family and crossed the Channel to begin our French adventure. During that time we have welcomed lots of lovely families and helped them make special holiday memories at La Bigorre. Here's to welcoming many more! 😃🎉🎊🎈🎂☀

So, after living here over nine years, we finally made it to the île de Ré 😁☀️ Picturesque villages, miles of cycle paths to explore, beautiful beaches and even donkeys in pyjamas 😂 it's a great day trip from La Bigorre or, as many of our guests have done, a lovely place to spend a few days at the start or end of your holiday with us 😊

☀️☀️ Summer is over and autumn is well and truly here, so it's time to start planning for next summer 😀 We are now taking bookings for next year, with availability still in July and August. Looking to holiday with friends and family? We have welcomed many groups this summer and can accommodate up to 30 people across our four cottages, with some weeks still available. For smaller groups, our Farmhouse and Well Cottage have interconnecting doors, so you feel altogether and still have your own space. Message us for more details! ☀️☀️
