With a floor area of 73 square metres, the accommodation comprises a large open-plan living room, kitchen and dining area, two double bedrooms, a bunk room, bathroom, shower and WC. There are also balconies with mountain views to each of the bedrooms and to the dining area. Along with ample storage for hats, coats and footwear, the entrance hall provides a reading area with comfortable armchairs and shelves stacked with games, books and DVDs for a quiet night in. The large living room offers a great space for entertaining or relaxing, and the L-shaped sofa can be quickly converted into a double bed if needed. A multitude of international television channels are available via satellite and Orange TV, and of course WiFi is available throughout the apartment with additional internet-based entertainment options accsssible via Apple TV. The kitchen is fitted with integrated appliances, including a fridge/freezer, dishwasher, oven and induction hob, and is fully equipped with generous numbers of pots, pans, dishes, crockery and cutlery. Underfloor heating and a highly efficient water heater ensure total comfort in the bathroom and separate shower cubicle, and there is a further separate WC to avoid bottlenecks at wash time! The apartment is located on the first floor of the beautiful former hotel building, accessible via a lift from the foyer. On street parking is available immediately outside the building or in the carpark for the Tramway Du Mont Blanc located just a few steps away.
