Bedroom 3 with twin beds Bathrooms: Large family bathroom with under-floor heating, heated towel rail, double-ended bath with shower attachment. Separate w.c Downstairs wet room with large walk-in shower and w.c Kitchen: Fully equipped kitchen area and island with cooker, hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and microwave. Living Rooms: Large, light and airy living area with dining area for 6-8, seating area with large comfy leather sofas, TV with English satellite and DVD player. Doors direct onto private garden and fully-fenced swimming pool, with access to 11ha of woodland and meadow. Cleaning/Towels/Linen/Maid service: The barn is cleaned before each use, clean towels and bedlinen is provided weekly. Guests are asked to leave the gite clean and tidy. Outside La Tilleuil has its own private garden with access via a safety gate to the fully-fenced swimming pool with corner steps. The decking provides an outdoor eating area with table and chairs and barbeque, down into the garden complete with wendy house, and stone 'borie' (shepherds hut). A gate leads to the 11ha's of woodland and meadow, complete with resident badgers, visiting deer, hoopoes and other wildlife! The pool is shared with the owners family of four, but exclusive use is available by arrangement. In the meadow closest to the house you'll find a large hidden trampoline, and acres of paths and woods to explore!
