✨ Maak kennis met Lisa – de drijvende kracht achter Les Résidences du Soleil ✨

Bonjour allemaal! 👋 Mijn naam is Lisa, en ik ben de trotse eigenaar van Les Résidences du Soleil, een bedrijf dat met liefde en passie villa’s met zwembaden verhuurt en verkoopt in zuid-frankrijk. Veel van jullie kennen ons misschien al, maar voor wie dat nog niet doet, laat me mezelf even voorstellen! 😊

📅 Wie ben ik?
Ik ben 30 jaar oud, trotse moeder van drie jonge jongens (ja, mijn leven draait vaak om voetbal, lego en drukke ochtenden 😉), en sinds 2019 ben ik fulltime actief binnen het bedrijf wat mijn vader meerdere jaren geleden heeft opgestart. In 2024 heb ik de volledige leiding overgenomen en ben ik met veel enthousiasme aan de slag gegaan om ons bedrijf verder uit te bouwen, met één kernwaarde in gedachten: betrokkenheid naar onze klanten en persoonlijke service.

📚 Mijn achtergrond
Ik heb rechten gestudeerd in Frankrijk en het makelaarscertificaat behaald, wat me een solide juridische en professionele basis heeft gegeven. Dit is van groot belang, vooral als het gaat om het waarborgen van de kwaliteit van onze diensten en het bieden van zekerheid aan onze klanten. Toch weet ik dat het bij les residences du soleil niet alleen draait om de kennis die ik heb, maar ook om de persoonlijke aandacht die we elke klant geven.

Het is mijn missie om te zorgen dat iedereen die met ons in aanraking komt zich gehoord voelt en goed geholpen wordt – of het nu gaat om het vinden van de juiste villa of het begrijpen van de aankoopvoorwaarden.

Bij ons draait alles om betrokkenheid. We zijn er om je te begeleiden, niet alleen als klant, maar als persoon. Ik ben ongelooflijk trots op wat we tot nu toe hebben opgebouwd, maar ik geloof dat dit nog maar het begin is. Jullie vertrouwen en steun betekenen de wereld voor ons. 💛

FOR SALE - Beautiful villa with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, heated pool and views.

The magnificent view, the stylishly furnished villa, the heated swimming pool and of course the fantastic surroundings of the Minervois region make this villa the ideal place.
This area has a pleasant climate with many hours of sunshine. You can see the rolling vineyards everywhere.
From the villa and from the terraces you can look out over the wine region of the Minervois to the Montagne Noir. The villa is located on the edge of a typical French small village and is located on the outer edge, on a dead-end road surrounded by vineyards and forest.
Upon entering the spacious hall (24 m2), the 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms are on the left and the dining and living room on the right. In 2023, a complete and comfortable new kitchen (12 m2) was installed with access to both spacious terraces.

The living/dining room is very spacious (53 m2) and has patio doors to the large covered terrace with a view over the beautiful landscape.
There are 3 bedrooms (12 m2, 13 m2 and the largest is 20 m2 and equipped with electrically adjustable beds of 2x90x200 cm.).
All bedrooms have patio doors (equipped with mosquito nets) to the covered terrace.
There are 2 new modern bathrooms (2024), both with walk-in shower, washbasin, 1 of which has a wall-mounted toilet. There is a second (wall-mounted) toilet in the hall (2024).

The living room, the hall and all bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning with both cooling and heating (end of 2022). The house currently has WiFi internet and is equipped with a large TV with, among other things, NL and Belgian channels.
From the 2 large covered terraces you look out over the rolling landscape and the relaxing garden. The luxurious swimming pool (4×8 m.) with its spacious terraces has an electrically operated roller cover (2022) and the pool is also equipped with a heat pump (2022), so that a long swimming season is guaranteed. There is a spacious garage on the flat terrain of 1500 m2, a charging station for electric cars and 10 solar panels on the roof of the garage (2023).
