Furthermore you can rent our unique luxury villa with private pool and seaview in the same region. Both resort and luxury villa are located in Saint Paul de Vence, only a few minutes from Cannes. Le Haut des Espinets was created back in 2002, based on the dream to provide a place to stay f

or those seeking calm surroundings in an exclusive environment. At that time we turned an exquisite Provencal villa into an Exclusive Guest House, renovated and equipped as a deluxe hotel. Today we have expanded with a very luxurious Villa above Vence, placed in the very best position you can imagine. The Guesthouse offers fully equipped apartments and some double rooms. The Villa, which has been renovated during 2008, is equipped for up to 10 persons. Quotation from our guestbook:

Dear all

After 20 years stay we have finalized our adventure at Espinets.
We have sold this wonderful place to new american owners.
They will continue to rent it out and Deborah will continue as “House Manager”, - as she has done for us the last few years. - Should you want to rent Espinets sometime in the future, please contact [email protected].

We are grateful for the time we have had and we are grateful for all the wonderful guests we have met. It has been a true adventure and we like to thank all of you staying at Espinets, - many of you every year, - and often more times per year.
