La piscine d'été sera ouverte au public à
compter de ce 📆 Mercredi 14 juin 2023 dès 14h.

Entièrement restaurée en 2023, la piscine de La Grenouillette est ouverte durant toute la période estivale. ☀️

Profitez d’un grand bassin avec cinq couloirs, d’un petit bassin accessible par des marches, d’une pataugeoire, d’un pentagliss 4 pistes ou encore d’un espace de jeux pour les enfants.

Aquagym, leçons de natation individuelles et collectives… Plusieurs activités y sont proposées tout au long de l’été. 👙

Le port miniature est ouvert tous les après-midi de 14h à 18h durant les vacances de Pâques (zone A : du 16 avril au 1er mai). Au programme : croisière en bateaux miniatures, manèges d’antan et jeux gonflables !

Our Story

Gite to rent for holidays or short term let of up to 3 months in the Charente Maritime. This is a 3 bedroomed house and is detached. It has a spacious lounge with comfy sofas and a futon to provide 2 extra beds. There’s a pellet stove in the lounge area to provide the heating. There is a fully functioning kitchen with washer and dishwasher, fridge/freezer, gas cooker with extractor and has all essential cooking utensils. There is a veranda/conservatory with views over the garden and river at the bottom of the garden. The main bathroom is downstairs which has an italian shower with sink and toilet. Theres a heated towel rail in this room too. Upstairs has 3 bedrooms 2 double beds and a third room with bunkbeds. There is another separate toilet upstairs too. There is a balcony and a terrace for the summers with barbecue and outdoor seating and tables. There is a large garden with a river running at the bottom of it which has fish in and fishing is allowed on our land with the correct permits. The garden to the gite is fully enclosed with gated access.

The house is over 300 years old and is on the same grounds as our home. the house has its own access and gate and also parking for 4 cars. The house is situated 1.5 kms from the nearest supermarket,vets and restaurants. It is situated on a small lane and is a quiet location but not far away from St Savinien. Is 15 minutes drive from Saintes and has good road and rail links to la Rochelle, Rochefort and Bordeaux. The nearest beach is Fouras which is 35 minutes away and there is a natural swimming pool in the Charente river at Port D’envaux 8 kms away. There is a man made beach, play area and a lifeguard on the swimming area July and August.
