A message to all our friends around the world!!!

We live in a beautiful part of SW france, the weather is 40 degrees today and we have a private pool, access to a inland swimming lake, beautiful country walks, delightful French food and super nice and cheap wine..

And yet, apart from a couple of good friends and family members, we never see anyone we used to know from the UK. Why?

You are missing an absolute dream break away from the humdrum lives you all lead. We are not expensive for stays in our scrumptious gite complex, especially with friends and family rates if booked in advance!!

What not take a look again and maybe think about planning a 2025 break with us!! We would just love to see more of you now we are settled and enjoying our new lifestyle.

More improvements for the 2024 season, this time around refreshing solar shower for before and after a dip in the pool.. come and take a dip sometime!! Then afterwards take an outdoor movie and a wine or beer.

It’s that time of year again and we are officially OPEN… and the weather looks great for the first booking.

New features for 2024

a change of colour scheme in the bedroom, we hope you like what you see. It’s a hot summer yellow theme this year.

In the outdoor summer kitchen we have a new fridge freezer to allow guest more space to store fresh foods newer the cooking and eating area. This was a last guest recommendation which we thought was a super idea.

We have just a few selected dates left for this season if you fancy a quick break away.

If you like motorsport La Petite Ecurie Gite could be the place to stay next time there is an event on. We have a local car rally that goes right past our front door in September and many classic car event going on during the summer season. You could also take a trip past Le Mans on your way here which is always on in June. Just ask and I can help you plan a memorable trip.

There is so much to see and do when you visit La Petite Ecurie Gite. Yesterday we visited a super zoo that is juat 30 mins away. Is based in the ground of a lovely chateau and it’s magnificent grounds. There are lots of animals in fantastic enclosures that have lots of space for them to roam around in. I think it’s a must for all ages to visit.
