A warm and welcoming chalet style apartment set over 3 floors, Toulouse is located just 30 metres from the chair lift, nursery slopes, ESF meeting point and the Club Piou-Piou for our littler guests yet is well positioned within a quiet cul-de-sac. Easily accessible from the slopes the ground floor private ski room, which is eq

uipped with boot warmers, gives access to a staircase that leads to the main body of the apartment. The large open plan kitchen, dining and living area has magnificent views of the Tarentaise. The relaxing leather sofas offer views through the French windows to the private balcony and the mountains beyond whilst the wood burner keeps the property delightfully warm, as does the underfloor heating. The TV has access to local channels, UK freeview and a DVD player. The kitchen is exceptionally well equipped and has a fridge / freezer, large halogen hob and dual oven, microwave, dishwasher and granite worktops. Upstairs there are 4 double bedrooms and 2 family bathrooms with showers and a separate toilet. All bedrooms are extremely comfortable and have been styled with a excellent nights sleep in mind. Two bedrooms have access to a further balcony with the same far reaching views. Property Summary
