La Brasserie La Brasserie B&B and Gite/ Apartment La Brasserie Chambres D’Hôtes [B&B] has been sympathetically refurbished. A cot and high chair is available, if needed.

It is a 19th century house with lovely high ceilings, authentic original marble fireplaces, large windows and furnishings to suit the period and large proportions. There are 4 spacious, airy, bedrooms, all with their own good sized en suites and one with an adjoining room. We have a garden room that is exclusively for our guests. Breakfasts are served here usually between 7.30am and 9.30am. A cont

inental breakfast is included in the room rate. Tables and chairs are in the garden, so that you can sit and relax when you like. For the Chambres D’Hôtes & Apartment the main entrance of the house is used, whereas we have a separate entrance for our own accommodation. The Bed & Breakfast is open for 5 months of the year, from May until October. La Brasserie Loft Apartment has just been renovated, blending the old with new in a complementary style. We have kept the lovely oak roof supports exposed, in the large main room [living, dining room and kitchen], whereas the 2 bedrooms and shower room retain the light, bright and comfortable atmosphere, but are not so high. It is a spacious flat of 105 m², which can easily accommodate it's maximum of 5 people [Bedroom 1: has a double & single bed and Bedroom 2: has a double bed]. There is central heating throughout, fully equipped shower room, an L shaped kitchen [cooker with gas hob and electric oven; extractor; fridge/ freezer and washing machine [washing line in the garden]. In the dining area, the dining table will comfortably sit 6 people and the sitting area has comfy chairs with French television and a DVD player. The Apartment & Chambres D’Hôtes use the main entrance of the house, whereas we have a separate entrance for our own accommodation. We are open throughout the year.

The construction site, then the opening of the school, will involve "public space developments" around the Maison Dieu. The water supply network has already been reinforced in this perspective two years ago, when the pipes were renewed. But the renovations of the roads have been left pending pending the start of construction and the expected passage of many trucks and other heavy equipment. The building permit issued in May 2017 for the rehabilitation of the Maison Dieu remains valid for three years.
Local authorities should also be involved in the project through the Saint-Laurent chapel. This church (desacralized) integrated into all the buildings of the House God, remarkable for its murals, was originally to host the gastronomic restaurant application. This reconversion had aroused some criticism and Joel Robuchon had finally given it up, destining the building for ceremonies, receptions and exhibitions. It is therefore envisaged that the ownership of the chapel will pass to the city or the community of communes, which would ensure the renovation.
