Accommodation
The chateau sleeps up to 18 guests in pure luxury and it is possible to add additional beds for children in a couple of the rooms There are 6 bedrooms in the Chateau including a 2 bedroom apartment. There is also a Chateau Coach House which is linked directly to the Chateau and this offers an additional three beautiful bedrooms, again all en-suite. The reception rooms are large and numerous. In the Chateau there is a formal Dining Room as well as a drawing room and more relaxed Breakfast/Sitting room. The kitchen is stunning with four oven Aga and Aga companion and very well equipped. There is also a second fully equipped kitchen in the Chateau apartment complete with Aga and an additional oven for use in the summer months. The Coach House is linked to the Chateau and has stunning views over the lake. The accommodation is still of the same luxury standard and it has 3 more bedrooms, all of which are en-suite. In addition, there is a further kitchen, beautiful living room which opens up to a large terrace and an Orangerie. The Chateau can come fully staffed with a Chef, Sommelier and Housekeeping. Shopping can also be done prior to your arrival.
Outdoor Living
The 12m x 6m heated saltwater infinity swimming pool has views over the lake and private grounds. The sun sets over the lake and beautiful sunsets afford both in summer and winter. In total, there are 7 hectares of land which includes large terraces, formal gardens, beautiful lawns, a lake, fields and woodland.
Location
The bastide town of Eymet is just 3 kms away with shops, bars and restaurants as well as the weekly market. The Dordogne river-side town of Bergerac with its International Airport is just a 25 minute drive to the North.
It is an ideal holiday home for families and groups in search of tranquillity and privacy whilst being in easy reach of the wealth of interest that the Dordogne has to offer. The Dordogne valley is well known for its abundance of vineyards and Bergerac and Saint Emilion AOCs. There are activities to suit all ages and interests, food lovers will enjoy the great local restaurants at the heart of France's centre of gastronomic excellence, as well as the wine. The area has been described as the capital of world prehistory, with a wide choice of caves, museums and chateaux.

The Chateau and its grounds are the most beautiful setting for bespoke elegant weddings.
Wine Weekends
The wine weekends are for a maximum of 4 couples. They will stay in complete luxury.
