ByeNorth is managing an apartment in Servoz. This apartment which sleeps 8‐10 people is ideal for families or a group of couples that want to enjoy comfortable holidays surrounded by the beautiful mountains in the Chamonix valley for summer or winter activities. The apartment is of high standard throughout, has 4 bedrooms and two bathrooms with shower and WC in both. Two of the bedroom are on

the first floor adjacent to one of the bathrooms, while the other two bedroom are on the mezzanine adjacent to the second bathroom. The interior is of high quality and gives a cozy atmosphere to relax and enjoy after abday day out in the fresh mountain air! The kitchen is fully equipped with induction heated coking plates, oven, microwave and dishwasher as well as Nespresso coffee machine and water boiler / kettle. The living room has a panoramic view of the Mont Blanc and is equipped with a fireplace. In the basement there is a garage for storing of bikes, skies or mountain equipment if required. There is free parking in front of the building with one spot allocated to the apartment and additional free parking is available in front of the Hotel, Auberge Les Gorges De La Diosaz if required (~ 100 m from the apartment). The apartment is on the top floor (2nd floor) of a small condominium with 6 apartments. The apartment is located in Servoz, a charming and authentic French village with a grocery shop which have fresh bread and baguettes every morning, a few restaurants and a local tourist office in a few hundred meters from the apartment. The Chamonix center is about 10‐ 15 minutes’ drive away as well as easy access to several ski resorts or hiking areas during summer. There is also a local train connecting Servoz with the rest of the Chamonix valley plus public transport to the ski lifts. The closest ski resort, Les Housches is a 5 minutes’ drive away. The Chamonix Valley has a lot of summer and winter activities and tourist attractions while the center of Chamonix offers plenty of restaurants, bars and good shopping.
