Ces locations saisonnières en bord de mer sont une promesse au soleil et au farniente.Ces trois maisons de charmes implantées sur les hauteurs de Solenzara ("frontière" de la corse du nord et du sud, sur la côte des nacres) se louent individuellement à la semaine et représentent une capacité d'accueil de 8 personnes par villa ( 4 adultes et 4 enfants). Donnant sur une large vue mer, elles sont implantées sur un terrain de 5.000M². Réalisées et décorées par "louer-villa-corse", ces trois maisons de facture récente (2009-2010), offrent confort, fonctionnalité, répondant aux critères d'une réelle exigence. Dedicated to sunshine and idling, these three new villas standing above Solenzara look out over an immense vista of sea, forging a link between modernity, in their decoration, and tradition, in the stony maquis surrounding them. The village of Solenzara, with its charming little marina offering 450 moorings, has every kind of shop, a doctor, a pharmacy, a bank, restaurants etc. The Solenzara River close by invites you to vary your aquatic pleasures thanks to its many waterfalls and natural swimming pools of clear, refreshing water. There are many walks through the Regional Nature Park and for experienced hikers a night in a refuge will lead them to the GR20 long-distance trail. For more active holidays, close by there is climbing, canyoning, rafting, a via ferrata and a tree-top adventure course, in magnificent countryside that will enchant young and old alike. In winter, the mountains don a beautiful coat of snow, making it possible to go cross-country skiing and snowshoeing, with an experienced guide if you wish. To the south, a succession of discreet coves and small creeks of turquoise water lead to Porto-Vecchio with its bustling town life and picturesque little streets, its shops, the legendary beaches of Palombaggia and Santa Giulia, plus the popular Via Notte nightclub, a must for holiday partying. Further on lies Bonifacio perched on its limestone cliffs, from which Sardinia and the Lavezzi and Cavallo Islands can be seen, and tempting you on delightful strolls through the narrow streets of its Old Town. - This pretty villa is fully air-conditioned and distinctly modern, offering a quality of life perfect for holidays. As throughout the villa, dimmer light switches allow you to lower the lighting for a softer ambience. - The villa has two separate toilets with wall-mounted WCs for easy cleaning and total hygiene. - A contemporary feel in which soberness is the key concept. - Very well equipped for holidays as regards both large and small electrical appliances, and with everything required for meals for a number of people, either indoors or out. DESCRIPTION - These villas are equipped with climate control in all rooms and dimmable lighting; they each accommodate a maximum of 8 people. - Standing in 2500m² of grounds, these three new 130m² villas, 30m² of which is covered terrace, are all on one level with a view of the sea. They have climate control in all rooms and each accommodates a maximum of 8 people. The rental costs include: "Top Villa" - Casa Suprana - Completed in March 2010, this fully air-conditioned villa benefits from a private swimming pool, 3m by 7m. Simplicity, luminosity, functionality and comfort were the core concerns in its construction. - As in the other two holiday homes, the large covered terrace includes an eating area off the kitchen, with a big table and chairs, a lounge area and daybeds. To the side, a little herb garden with chives, tarragon, mint and basil. - In this villa, a more gentle atmosphere, white sofas, small items of bleached-wood furniture. - The essentials are here, not the superfluous. Everything is new and well maintained. We pay very special attention to cleaning and maintenance. "South Villa" Casa Sulana - Looking down and out over the vines and the Tyrrhenian Sea, this holiday villa is air-conditioned throughout and benefits from a private swimming pool. A true haven of peace with sober, elegant decoration, it was completed in July 2010. - With an eating area and a very comfortable outdoor lounge, the terrace of this villa benefits from a superb 4m x 8m swimming pool alongside and a very lovely view of the sea. https
