The water in the mill leat is especially clear as the Clain is joined by the water from Les Fontaines de Moulin Bois, a number of springs that combine to form two large pools of fresh waist high water, perfect for a summer dip. Both the woods of Moulin Bois and the larger neighbouring Bois de la Berge have many paths and there are beautiful circular walks both on the property and in the local area. There are also many quiet rural roads that are perfect for cycling.
