3* Furnished Holiday Rental. Located behind the dune, 70s-style villa with an entirely renovated interior. South facing terrace and garden with shade trees. The ideal location in this beautiful beach town: 2 mins on foot from the closest beach bar and the nearest surf schools. 5 mins on foot from the Hossegor lake. 5 mins by bike to the beachfront at La Centrale with its many bars & restaurants. 10 mins by bike to the town centre. 7 mins by car to the Seignosse and Hossegor golf courses.

The space

The nearest beach entrance is across the street from the house. The lot is completely fenced in with access by an automatic gate. The main house has 3 rooms (2 with queens beds, 1 with 2 singles), American-style kitchen with bar opening onto the living and dining room with fireplace, mezzanine for relaxing where it is also possible to sleep 2 children, 1 bathroom and 1 WC with sink. The studio is equipped with a kitchenette, bathroom and separate WC, 1 pull-out couch with double bed in the living area and 2 single beds on the mezzanine. There is an enclosed and locked storage area for your bikes, golf bags and surfboards. Baby equipment (travel cot, bath, high chair, toilet training seat, security gates) available on request.
