I moved to the southwest of France in 2001 with my French wife and daughters. I have an excellent knowledge of the French way of life, culture, history, architecture, gastronomy and viticulture. For ten years, I marketed and sold products from small French wine producers and medium-sized wineries to Nordic importers, monopolies, tax-free cruisers and private customers, as well as food from gourmet
producers in southwestern France to Finland. I regularly participated in international wine events in Bordeaux, Montpellier, Toulouse, Tallinn and Helsinki. In the spring of 2012, I completed the IPC, Institut de Promotion commerciale - vins et spiritueux, international wine trade course in Bordeaux. I still have good contacts with food and wine producers in France. In the winter of 2013-2014, I completed a five-month “Tour Guide Training” at the prestigious private school “GRAND SUD FORMATION, Ecole Supérieure de Tourisme” in Toulouse, France. I have done guided tours in all the main wine regions of France such as Champagne, Alsace, Bordeaux, Burgundy, Beaujolais, Rhône, Provence, Languedoc-Roussillon, Loire Valley, South West France as well as the major cities of Paris, Lyon, Nice, Toulouse, Bordeaux and Montpellier. In addition, I have also had several groups in northern Spain from Barcelona to Bilbao. I have been guided by several Munskänkarna wine clubs from Finland, restaurant school Perho teachers, business groups, wine enthusiasts and travelers interested in local life and culture. Between December 2020 and September 2021, I completed "Assistant Manager Loisirs Hébergement Restauration" -training at Purple Campus Tarbes. My strengths are my social skills, the ease of making contacts with people from different and different countries, following plans and staying on schedule, and the ability to make decisions and act quickly even in difficult situations.
