To all Yacht Captains and Crew Members currently in the South of France, I'm eager to organize a meeting to enhance your knowledge about the functioning and the needed applications to keep track of your 90days allowance in the Schengen Area, the C Schengen Visa, D Visa and B1/B2 visa applications.

Please send me your available dates to organize this class in person between Cannes and Antibes.

For all other captains and crew members not in the South of France, it is possible to follow the class via streaming, previous registration and confirmed attendance via mail at:

Name, Surname, phone number, nationality, current location, and rank on the vessel; please indicate if you are currently working
on-board or not.

Visa news for all crew members.

If you hold a permanent working contract and your vessel is based in Italy, is possible to apply for a new kind of visa dedicated to subordinate ship crew. It works like a D visa, but it is limited to the subordinate work on-board a vessel, is valid for maximum 365 days and when you travel to other Schengen area countries it works as a normal C visa.

It solve the problem of not being stamped out in Italy.

The process to obtain it, is longer, however preparing all documents before the appointment with the delegueted official visa center, and presenting a letter signed from the captain and Management company certifying your engagement on-board, might accelerate it.
