A place where you can immerse yourself in music, enjoy a holiday in beautiful tranquil surroundings, and sample the delights of the local food and wine in an all inclusive package.
La Ville is situated within the small commune of Fauroux in the Tarn-et-Garonne, South West France. Enjoying total peace and tranquility, surrounded by beautiful countryside, La Ville benefits from far-reaching views
along a valley stretching from Valence d’Agen in the West to Lauzerte and beyond in the East.
As the name suggests, La Ville was originally a small farming hamlet and is still formed of a number of buildings, all of which have been, or are being restored to revive their rustic charms in keeping with the local architectural traditions. There has been a residence on the site for many hundreds of years and was originally one of a series of hill-top dwellings which were used, by lighting beacon fires, to warn of approaching enemies. La Ville also offered bread baking facilities to the local inhabitants, by virtue of its traditional style outdoor brick built bread oven. It is planned to restore the oven to full working order in the near future! La Ville also has a magnificent 46 metre deep well, which although not currently in use, is a sight to behold!
Despite its solitude, La Ville is only one hour north of Toulouse airport, 75 minutes south of Bergerac airport, and approximately two hours from both Bordeaux and Carcasonne airports. The closest train station is just 20 minutes away at Moissac.
Whichever way you arrive, you are guaranteed a warm welcome, high quality catering and an inspiring musical experience.
