This pretty cottage is part of a 18th century Perigord Farmhouse situated on a south facing hill with views overlooking the village of St Martial de Viveyrols and the surrounding countryside. The house retains its original stone walls and oak beams. The house sits in an acre of land which is fully enclosed.
The house sleeps 4 people and includes:
Double room with ensuite bathroom - Twin room - Shower room - Separate toilet - Living room with dining table, sofa, tv and dvd player - fully equipped kitchen - garden furniture - BBQ - washing machine - fully enclosed garden.
The house provides an excellent holiday base for all ages with good facilities and plenty of room. Bergerac airport is 1hour away and Bordeaux and Limoge within 1 hour 40mins.
