Travel restrictions have now all been eased for vaccinated tourists, making it simple to visit Normandy again. France’s ‘vaccine pass’ system also came to an end on Monday 14 March, meaning you will no longer need a pass to access hotels, museums, restaurants or cafés. Normandy is ready to welcome you back with open arms, so start planning your future trip 🥳

Last night we got a table at Au Vrai Normand in Villers-Bocage 🍺🍴, beautiful food and service as per usual.. it’s a favourite choice of ours!
Only a 10 minute drive from our gite and such friendly staff who are very accommodating! Menu has a lovely range of french food and wines

Starter’s:
Smoked salmon and salad
Goats cheese and Lardon salad
Foie Gras
Cheesy oysters
Mains:
Tempura Cod and Chips
Lamb Shank, creamy mash and a lamb jus
Savoyard Burger, Chips and Salad
Entrecôte Steak with pepper sauce and Chips
