We have successfully managed Aberdeen city centre contractor and corporate serviced accommodation and luxury self catering holiday homes for 5 years and without fail every guest leaves delighted. Many of our guests are oil and gas related long term bookings but we have also had corporate clients from engineering, construction and civil projects staying with us regularly for several months and also a well known actress who was filming a movie in Aberdeen and a member of the Aberdeen FC management team! As well as great families on holidays and short breaks of course!

Our Aberdeen corporate, contractor, relocation serviced accommodation and luxury self catering holiday homes all have; self check in, free parking space, kitchen, dining area, lounge with smart TVs (all are Netflix, etc enabled) and free fast fibre broadband. Our expectations are for you to have the best experience possible when staying with us. Everything we do is driven towards achieving that. And given that at the time of writing (March 2020) our scores on a well known online booking site are 9.5, 9.6, 10 & 10 this demonstrates that we are meeting our very high standards! All of our guests love all of our places. Without exception!

Our bespoke portfolio of carefully selected 2, 3 & 4 bedroomed properties have been meticulously renovated and are immaculately maintained to ensure that they meet our high standards so are perfect for our amazing guests, who have been staying with us since 2015. Our beautiful homes are a mixture of apartments and houses and are ideal for both short (usually 2 nights minimum but please enquire as we would welcome the right type of guest for 1 nights (not party people!)) and extended stays, sleeping from 1 to 12 persons.

Being super clean, really well equipped, with nice homely touches (I stay regularly at all of our places to verify that things are right!) and in great locations you can be assured that if you book with us you will have all of the comforts of home and somewhere nice to prepare dinner, bathe, and kick back maybe with a glass of wine and relax at the end of a long day with nothing to worry about. Why should you have to settle for anything less than what you have at your own home?

Our properties are children friendly as well as ideal for the majority of our guests who are working away from home! For family bookings we can supply a travel cot, a high chair, etc.

Latterly, we have started securing more and more direct bookings, mainly from corporate and contractor guests who book for a single short stay and are so delighted with our service that they end up booking directly with us for several months (e.g. see below). This is testament to constantly meeting our high standards.
