As most event organisers will tell you, it’s not the case of never working with children or animals … at MDT our fear is when waiting for news of visas being granted to our course participants. But … those pesky visas have come through 🥳
It was back on the 6th March 2020 that we closed out our last ‘face-to-face’ open/public training course in London. Since then, we’ve clocked up over 700 hours of ‘live online’ training delivery .. but … it will be so nice to be back in London next week for not one, but two 'in-person' courses.
We’ll have Paul Keighley delivering ‘Leadership & People Management Skills’ and Matilde Giulianelli delivering ‘International Oil & Gas Exploitation Contracts’
Really looking forward to renewing our long standing relationship with ace venue provider etc.venues and to welcoming the most important people of all – our course participants.

And finally …. turning back to 2020/21, congratulations to last season’s MDT League winners:

Nicole Keighley – Hazelgrove Stanley (Classic League) … that’s three in a row ... can Hazelgrove Stanley ever be stopped?

Ewan Forbes – I’ve Been Docked Points (Head to Head) – an impressive MDT league debut for young(?) Ewan!

Amazon vouchers have been received by our two champions.

The classic league was a close run thing with only a 7 point gap to runner up ‘Can’t Keep Matip In’ managed by Paul McRobb. Third place went to ‘Chamakh My Bitch Up’ managed by Chris Hardie. The wooden spoon for finishing 27th of 27 went, for the second year running, to the aptly named ‘It’ll not go well’ managed by Ben Kirkland – the only way is up Ben!

H2H league runner up spot went to ‘JoJo’s 11’ managed by Helen Leitch (who benefited from expert advice from husband Drew) and in third place were the ‘Fyvie Flyers’ managed by Peter Sheal.

Once again, the H2H wooden spoon was only decided on the last day of the season when a calamitous defeat for ‘The Bailey Ultimatum’ managed by Greg Bailey saw them clinch last place. When asked for his reaction an inconsolable Greg mumbled between tears … “I really regret not having signed up to Drew’s FF masterclass” … a lesson learned the hard way for young Greg!
