“We have thoroughly enjoyed our 3 night break in The Old Lifeboat House Aberdyfi .
The accommodation is fabulous. The interior fit has been done to a high standard and provided us with everything we required during our stay. Although it has been very wet outside the large windows give plenty of natural light and the bedroom windows give a tranquil view of the Dyfi estuary which is quite special. Relaxing on the bed you could be forgiven for thinking you are onboard a cruise ship!
The original floorboards are amazing and ooze with the history of the building This is the 4th holiday home we have stayed in Aberdyfi and it is our favourite so far.
We enjoyed coffee and cakes in Coast and walks on the beautiful beach with our dogs as well as relaxing in the lovely accommodation.

Thank you for the bottle of wine and dog treats and a cosy home on arrival, a lovely touch and much appreciated. We shall return!”

Good morning from The Old Lifeboat House! ☀️🌊☀️

Interesting fact about The Old Lifeboat House...... It is one of the few properties in the UK that owns it’s own beach! Most of the 8,000 miles or so of UK shoreline is owned by the Crown, the Ministry of Defence, local authorities and the National Trust. The upright slate stones in this video are the beginning of a semi-circle of slate on the beach marking the boundary which can be seen when the tide is out 🌊
