Who doesn’t like a Shakshouka?😋

🌞 It's definitely a Shakshoka in the sun kind of day! 🌞

We have fresh and organic plum and cherry tomatoes from down the coast in Aberaeron; and make it really easy with a ready made Shakshoka sauce.

You could take it to new levels with Quails Eggs and some anchovies, because why not?! 🤷

So we have a fully plastered house, floors in bedrooms, floor tiles in bathrooms, working lights and next week a kitchen!

So things have been moving along slowly but progress is being made.
Top 2 floors are now plastered which means the magic of a house coming together should start rolling out.
Floors have been ordered, bathrooms delivered, stairs made 👏👏

Quick update.
Floors have now been levelled ready for new flooring and the beams we exposed in the attic have been sandblasted.

Plasterers start Monday 👏👏👏

First fix electrics going in upstairs, and the newly exposed vaulted ceilings are taking shape, can’t wait to see the original beams once sand blasted.

Finally starting to see progress at Isfryn.
After shortages of materials (principally cement) the underfloor heating is in, and the new floor has been poured, now we can start on the walls and first fit electrics

Finally after 6 months of waiting the gas meter is being moved!
Now we just need to wait for supplies to arrive so the floor can have its screed, let’s hope that’s not a 6 month wait 😳😂

New floor poured, insulation in, ready for underfloor heating, we’re making progress. Bathrooms specified and ordered , new kitchen ordered, BUT delays now with concrete and other materials due to COVID and BREXIT 🙄
