This is exactly why we take a breakages bond from our guests. Thankfully on this occasion we think we have got most of it out, but it has taken many attempts throughout the day.

Had we have not been able to remove the ink stain, we would of needed to have this cushion reupholstered.

ACCIDENTAL OR NOT this is still damage and costs us time and money. We have clear terms and conditions that state all of this.

PLEASE can all guest take care when staying at the caravan.

Hi everyone 👋🏼
I’m going to be releasing the dates and prices next week for 2022. We won’t be increasing our prices or the the breakages bond, however we will be more strict with our policies.

This past year we have had our own personal bedding stolen out of a locked storage box, we have had a broken blind, smashed glass shelves and had to replace the TV. Sometimes these things are accidental and to be expected (it happens). But all guests must be prepared to lose their breakages bond should anything happen (accidental or not).
So please take care of the accommodation whilst you are there and contact us immediately should you have any problems.

PLEASE read our terms and conditions / booking confirmation when booking a stay with us. All the information you need is in there to ensure you have the best holiday.

Hello everyone,
I feel I need to address something that was posted to the page yesterday regarding faulty equipment and cleanliness.

Although we knew that everything inside of the caravan was in perfect working order and very clean, I still wanted to go back again and double check today just in case. But everything was fine and working perfectly. I tested everything again numerous times throughout today and there’s no issues at all 😊👍🏽

So just for transparency-
Our caravan is basic inside simply because we
think cleanliness is more of a priority, especially with the current pandemic. We feel that if the caravan is basic but has all the necessary items, it means there is less stuff to get damaged, stolen and less items to gather dust. We wanted it to be neutral so as it would appeal to a wide range of people too.

The caravan has a gas fire in the lounge and a wall heater in the hallway. The gas fire should not be left on at night whilst asleep in the caravan. But if guests do get cold and want additional heating we do have plug in radiators that are available to use through the night. It is important that guests remember caravans have a limited electric supply (it is not like a house) and overloading this will cause it to trip. So please do bear this in mind when using electronic equipment.

Due to COVID-19, guests need to bring their own duvet covers, pillow cases, sheets, towels and tea towells. These are not provided by ourselves.

We do not have a high chair, simply because they harbour so many germs. But we welcome guests to bring their own.

Candles are not permitted inside of the caravan at any time. This is a major safety hazard.

Smoking is not permitted inside of the caravan at any time.

No BBQs are allowed on the decking at any time.

Guests must be respectful of the property inside and out and they must respect the neighbouring guests. Anyone seen to be breaking site rules or causing anti social behaviour will be asked to leave the site by the site owners. This is out of our control.

Check out time is strictly 10am (unless arranged through ourselves) and keys MUST be handed into to site immediately. The keys should not be taken off site after 10am of your check out day.

We do have cleaning products and equipment, but again they are purely there incase of spillages or accidents. So apologies there’s no Shark hoover 😄but they still do the job. The cleaners that we use have their own equipment for when they clean the caravan between guest stays.

The caravan is not advertised as luxury, it is a basic caravan with great self catering facilities, it’s very clean, spacious and its in a lovely location. Perfect for families! All of this is reflected in our price.

The breakage bond is £50 . This will be returned to the guest within a week of checking out, PROVIDING the following:
•There’s no rubbish or belongings left behind
•All bins are emptied and rubbish must be disposed of in the large bins at the rear of the site.
•There’s no damage to the caravan or any of the property inside and out.
•The caravan is left clean and tidy
