The cottage is located in the picturesque village of Llanfair Talhaiarn on the banks of the River Elwy in County Conwy, North Wales. The village has two pubs, the Black lion and the cottage is opposite The Swan Inn on the village square. There is also the General Store / Post Office across the road and Olivia's Tearooms less than a five minute walk away. Whether you are looking for a cosy weekend

retreat or an ideal base for a holiday, the cottage is conveniently located for exploring the North Wales coastline (5 miles from Abergele and the A*5) and also inland towards the Snowdonia national park. There are also local walks close to the river and surrounding village. Betws y Coed - 16 miles
