Our caravan sleeps 6 at any one time
All payments are made via bank transfer. They are traceable & no disputes can be raised.
Under no circumstances do we accept cash on arrival.
All payments will be confirmed by ourselves once they are received.

All bookings require a £75 deposit/damage bond
Before sending your deposit we will ask you to send
PHOTO ID
This will be refunded once the caravan has been cleaned and inspected (no more than 7 days after departure
Please note - after every guest the caravan is inspected, this includes all beds, bedding, towels, cutlery, plates, seating area, carpets, flooring, windows, wardrobes, decking and outside furniture.
Should we find any damage (structural or cosmetic) your deposit will NOT be refunded.
Should you find any damage upon your arrival please report it to us within the first two hours. If nothing is reported within two hours then any damage will be your responsibility.
Check-in - 3pm
Check-out - 10am
Caravan plot number will be sent out on the day you arrive along with key code.
Please note - this will be sent to you once the caravan is ready. (Check-In is 3pm)
All we ask is for you to treat everything with respect and leave it how you found it.
Should you have any problems/complaints then please raise them during your stay. We can not deal with them once you have left the caravan!
Should you cancel your booking at any time you will lose your deposit.
We will not accept any bookings with less than 48 hours notice
Any booking with less than 4 weeks before arrival is to be paid in full.
Should you cancel your booking 2 weeks or less you will lose your deposit plus 50% of what you have paid.
Should you cancel 1 week or less prior to arrival we will re-advertise the dates. If we fail to fill the dates you will lose all monies paid.
If full payment is not made by the agreed date we will cancel your booking & re advertise the dates.
Deposit & any monies paid will not be returned.
No group bookings. (I.E - no stag/hen parties)
Anti social behaviour will not be permitted. You will be asked to leave and a refund will not be given.
This includes security/police being called and abuse to others on site.
Charging of electric vehicles is not allowed.
Only people listed on the guest registration form are allowed to stay in the caravan. This is for safety and security reasons.
Smoking and pets are not permitted in the caravan.
Terms & conditions are non negotiable.
