It comes with everything, table top freezer,fridge, microwave toaster, kettle, dvd player, CD Player, 43 inch tv, all cushions, bedding etc.ready to use or rent out.
Its had a new living room carpet this year, new wall heaters last year.all round ventien blinds last year All crocks/pans etc all oriments
new fire extinguisher this year gas/electric tests all done a few months ago.
Outside table and chairs, unberela, bbq, stairgate for door, spare outside tv airel,water tight storage unit brought last year.
2 years ago I paid over £20.000 and last year £3000 for decking
