There has been a lot going on recently and I must say the last 6 months have been extremely hard, my mental health started to suffer but one of the many things I’ve been doing to help is getting out as much as I can in the fresh air! Gardening, walking, even the occasional jog and it really does help! I spend a lot of time in work and do long hours so can sometimes struggle to get outside but I’ve made myself these last few months. It’s really important to move your body and we are so lucky that we have this on our doorstep, so if your brain is a bit fried today, go outside, go for a walk and take some deep breaths. It helps!
