Due to utter incompetence by EE trying to upgrade us to digital home phone service (which we never asked for but it's their policy) and not sending out a new router/hub we can't make or receive calls on landline unil they decide to do their job properly and then I will switch to to reliable service. Until then I can take phone calls or text etc on my mobile only which also will be switched away from EE at contracts end or on face book messenger etc.
