Millets Farm is a family run business by two brothers and has been a working farm since the 1970’s. It has grown from a simple pick your own farm into a bustling Farm Centre, which hosts a Farm Shop, PYO fields, Animal Walkway, Adventure Golf Course, Indoor Soft Play 'Sprouts Playbarn', Play Area, Woodland Walks, Garden Centre, Seasonal Events and Restaurants plus independent shops on site from in

teriors, beauty, garden buildings, conservatories, walking trips and handmade items! Our farm shop is well known for stocking a vast variety of local products and a large range of Millets Home-grown produce. Throughout the Spring/Summer months Millets produces and sells a range of herbs, asparagus, spinach and plentiful soft fruit such as raspberries, strawberries and blackcurrants. When Autumn/Winter arrives, hardy fruit and vegetables such as leeks, carrots and apples are grown on the farm. We have our own busy butchery, bakery and deli counters, stocking a range of local and homemade produce. By stocking products from local companies and farms as much as possible, Millets strives to support their local producers, a belief at the core of the company. Heading up our team of bakers is Sam. With over 20 years of experience, Sam’s baking journey began on the cake counter as a young lad before he worked his way into the kitchen, honing his craft along the way. His favourite loaf to bake? The White Farmhouse Sourdough with its golden crusty crust. He likes to enjoy with a thick layer of butter and a chunk of mature cheddar, yum!

It’s ‘Real Bread Week’, a celebration of proper bread, made with real ingredients, no preservatives and handmade by experienced bakers. Last year our bakery sold almost 100,000 baps… on top of their extensive range of speciality breads, lardy cakes, hot cross buns and more. That’s a lot of baps! 🤩 If you’re here early enough then you’ll even be able to catch that fresh baked bread smell 😋 Delicious.

How well do you think our office team know their veggies???!! 🥕 Would you have got a full house?? Our team are such good sports for taking part (but maybe we need to get them to do a shift in the veg department!!) 🥔

Has anyone watched the latest episode of “Something Special”?? Did you spot anything familiar? “We’re All Friends,” was filmed here at Millets last summer. We had such a fun day with Justin and his friends. Bring on the warmer weather and ice-cream!! 🍦

It’s time to go, my mission is done, I’ve had so much fun with everyone! I danced, I played, caused (a lot) of mischief and spread some cheer, Be merry, be bright and have lots of fun! I’ll be back next year for lots more mischief ......! HoHoHo it’s 1 more sleep to go! 🎅
