Oscar's 50 year old Carlton Cyclone in the middle of a resto mod. I've respaced the rear to take 130mm hubs, converted from 27 1/4" wheels to 700c and dealt with as much of the surface rust as I can. Its going to have a wide range 10 speed single chainring keeping the down tube shifter. Just waiting for brakes, bar tape and saddle.

Jo's commuter/city bike. This bike with Reynolds 525 tubed frame, hub dynamo, handbuilt wheels looks remarkably similar to one of our well-equipped touring bikes. We're trying to repurpose customers bikes to give them a second and third home. This bike was originally bought by James as a long distance tourer. It was part-exchanged 6 years later for a new one, and it was then passed on to Dan who used it as his commuter. It came back to us a year or so ago and is now about to start being used by Jo who needed a dependable bike for commuting across London. The paintwork was done to make it more unique and less stealable.

Getting low enough gears for cycle touring has always been an issue when using drop bars with STI levers. This latest Model 2, built for Adrian has a 20" bottom gear and 115" top gear, allowing him to climb with luggage but still spin along at speed. We used a custom 46-36-26 chainset and an 11-34 cassette.
