Pronounced Darach More

Greenwood’s grounds are home to ancient oaks and a huge variety of tress, rare lichens and bryophytes found in the Celtic temperate rainforest. There are many old oaks to admire here and plenty of space to “forest bathe”.

Darach Mòr enjoys the most elevated position of all the properties, and its long balcony creates a great vantage point for you to watch the wildlife and drink in the panoramic views of Loch Sunart and the Morvern Peninsula.

Pronounced Ooshcu Byaw.

This spacious cottage with circular living room and bedroom is nestled into the rock and has a picturesque waterfall with endless bubbling, living water.

Clad in suitable Larch externally, with exposed beams made from local Douglas Fir on the inside, Uisge Beò is at one with its woodland setting. Its high ceilings and turreted bedroom create a light and airy feel. While the under floor heating, beneath terracotta tiles, and a wood burning stove ensure things remain cozy.

You will fall asleep and wake to the sound of the tumbling waterfall and sweet bird song.

Gaelic for fair bay
Pronounced Camas Baan

This cottage and converted byre sit right on the shores of Camas BĂ n. The bay has a varied mix of grass, rock pools and sand at low tide. It is very sheltered and provides a calm spot for fishing, paddle boarding or swimming. The views overlook Loch Sunart and the Morven peninsula. With frequent visits from inquisitive seals, elusive otters, cheeky pine marten and a vast array of garden and sea birds, this bay really is very fair!
