The first of 2024 – and it’s late! Great start! Still, Eggs in Purgatory can be eaten at any time really, and here it is. Happy New Year!
And to get the recipe, click on link in bio. Most of you may know what’s meant by “click on link in bio”, so just skip this bit, but for those who don’t, let me explain: tap on my name right up top, which will take you to a page that has a link on it that says www.nigella.com/instagram. When you click on this link, it will take you to a page of photographs: click on the photograph you want the recipe for – you sometimes have to tap a couple of times for some reason – and you will be taken to it! (But please be patient: the photo in question will take a few minutes to appear; once it’s there and the recipe loaded, I will remove this parenthesis with its plea for patience!)
