It offers three bedrooms with king size beds. Two of the rooms have zip and link mattresses, which allows the alternative of making these rooms into twin rooms if the need arises. One of the bedrooms is on the ground floor with the other two upstairs. It boasts a spacious bathroom with whirlpool bath bath, shower and heated towel rails

The Kitchen Dining area is fully equipped with oven, grill, hob, microwave, fridge and dishwasher; a separate pantry off the Kitchen has a washing machine, Tumble dryer and Freezer. All bed Linen, pillows, duvets and towels are provided on a weekly basis (No extra charge)

Beautiful rural location within Loch Lomond and The Trossachs National Park
It is ideally located for many outdoor pursuits from walking, hill climbing, cycling, fishing, golfing, horse riding, landscape painting, visiting historic buildings and even clay pigeon shooting. Within a 2-mile radius there are three villages, namely Gartocharn, Drymen and Croftamie each of which offer their own slant on country life and country living. While further afield you have Balloch at the southern end of LochLomond Helensburgh with the famous Hill House on the Clyde estuary, Dumbarton the ancient capital of Strathclyde with its castle, Glasgow with many historical features and of course its shopping, Sirling the scene of many battles with its castle and of course Scotland’s capital city Edinburgh. All of these can be accessed easily by car.
